A national leading distributor is currently seeking a warehouse manager to join our Las Vegas team. Our facility is over 100,000 square feet, a fast paced/multi shift operation that provides a high level of service to our customer base.
Our ideal candidate will have a four-year degree along with a minimum of five years warehouse management experience in a fast paced, high volume warehouse. The successful candidate will have strong operations, customer service, and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal staff. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills that allow them to effectively hire, develop, and motivate their team to meet key performance metrics. This individual must also be a hands-on leader; with attention to operational details, proficient in efficient workflow methods, warehouse layout, new technology, space utilization and continuous improvement programs. The ideal candidate will also have progressive job history with increasing responsibilities and roles.
