Cintas is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to directly supervise a team of warehouse workers who are responsible for the destruction of confidential documents as well as baling all shredded paper. Responsibilities include tracking the overall performance of the team and driving increased productivity. Will be responsible for achieving goals, maintaining inventory and promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations. Recruits, hires, trains and directs Production Supervisors and individuals who are performing entry level work. This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability.
