Position Location: Harrisburg, PA area
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our organization. This challenging role offers the ability to utilize your skills to direct daily order fulfillment and product distribution functions for a 30,000 square foot warehouse. The successful candidate must have good people skills and problem solving skills. He/she will be detail and service oriented, have previous warehouse supervision experience, and have a desire to “roll-up your sleeves” and assist in all functions as needed, including pulling orders, operating a forklift, and inventory control functions. This Warehouse Manager position will be a hands-on role and will supervise a staff of two associates.

Major Responsibilities
§ Direct and indirect supervision of facility employees engaged in order
fulfillment and distribution; including staffing requirements, employee
evaluations, training, and support.
§ Efficient and effective processing of customer orders in accordance with
established systems, procedures, and controls.
§ Inventory management processes and procedures as established.
§ Implementation of daily, weekly, monthly work flow and processes in support of objectives established by senior management.
§ Facility/equipment management and maintenance in accordance with prescribed service/security parameters.
§ Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations with respect to labor, occupational health and safety, environmental, and financial controls.
§ Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent level of accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MUST HAVE basic skills in MS Office including Word, Outlook, and some Excel.
- Prior experience with ERP inventory software systems. (Profit21 experience a plus).
- Bachelors degree plus three (3) years of supervisory experience in a
distribution/order fulfillment environment; OR equivalent
combination of education and professional experience.
- Ability to manually lift 75 to 100 lbs. is required.
- Must be certified to drive a forklift.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
