Job Description:
TheAdecco is looking for dependable, motivated and highly productive individuals to work for one of their clients located in the North Houston area.
Order Picker Job Description: Will take customer orders and pull the product from the various locations within the warehouse using a cherry picker, reach truck and sit-down forklift. Will be responsible for ensuring that the correct product and quantity have been picked. Will QC your own work before delivering to audit department. Will inform Supervisor if there are any issues with not being able to find product or product being stored in wrong locations. Will also perform various warehouse duties as seen fit by the customer. Must be flexible on start and end time of assignment. This is a fast-paced environment, and employees are measured by how quickly they can meet or exceed the company's requirements for quality and productivity.
Additional duties involve working the dock and performing shrink wrapping and general clean up of the warehouse floor.
Must be able to operate:
Cherry Picker, Reach truck Lift and Sit down Forklift Operators work long hours shifts and overtime is available. Due to high call volumes please apply online only.
Experience:
As a Forklift Operator you will operate a Reach Lift, Cherry Picker and a Sit down Forklift to safely and accurately select product from the warehouse storage areas with a min. Experience of two years using all lifts on an order pulling position in a distribution environment is a Must.
Minimum Education Required: High School
Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
