Warehouse Shift Leader: Nights Job in Castleford, Yorkshire Uk
Our Castleford based client has a great opportunity for an experienced Night Warehouse Shift Leader, who will be required to lead and motivate their home deliveries team safely and at the right cost.
Optimise the use and development of team members, to ensure the highest service levels possible.
Ensure customer service levels are achieved
Oversee the despatch functions to cover the hours of operation as required by the business, monitoring performance, recommending and implementing where appropriate, changes to improve performance.
Ensure effective communications between departments within the Home Delivery division, and other Group departments.
Applicants must have previous supervisory or team leading experience which should include proven man management skills, as well as familiarisation of the warehousing / distribution environment.
Night shifts: 7.00pm - 7.00am Monday - Friday
