Mining Supply Distributor looking for an enthusiastic, personable, hard-working, out-going individual to perform warehouse shop duties including keeping these areas clean well organized. Position also requires some office work. Applicant will be required to make customer deliveries, including to underground mine construction sites throughout Northern Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Applicant must have or obtain a Class-C Illinois driver license. Applicant will be responsible for keeping company vehicles washed detailed. Mechanical experience a plus, as position may require repairing mining construction equipment. Purchasing and sales experience a plus. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and general office administration also a plus. Position may begin as part-time and continue as part time through the winter, potentially becoming full-time. Number of hours/days worked weekly will vary. Normal business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some overnight travel may be required. Job will require applicant to perform heavy lifting from time to time. Applicant must provide references, work history agree to drug-test. Background check driver’s record check also required.
