Warehouse duties will consist of supervision of all warehouse personnel, assisting other associates in preparing order for shipment as necessary, receiving products on a daily basis to replenish inventory and making sure inventory is stocked appropriately at all times.  Understanding product capabilities, warranties, usages and challenges is also essential in order to futher educate and serve customers.  Warehouse and respective areas must be kept neat and clean at all times.

Requirements:

 

Essential Qualifications include previous warehouse and/or driver experience, an ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, an ability to effectively adapt to change, basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, an excellent driving record, the ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis, the ability to operate standard warehouse equipment and the abilty to operate commercial vehicles. 

 

Beneficial skills include previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, an ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance and a desire to complete EPEC series and other Summit trainings.  Experience with SAP software is also beneficial.  Successful experience in electrical distribution is strongly preferred.
