Warehouse Supervisor

Tyco Fire Protection Products (TFPP) is a business unit of Tyco Fire Products (TFP). We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in our Westminster MA office.  The Warehouse Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment: Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
 
Job responsibilities are:
 
Compiles shipping orders from the business system and prepares appropriate documentation and labels for the shipping department.
Prepares shipping documentation for and schedules freight carriers.
Conducts key-entry of receiver/shipping documents into business system as needed.
Performs audits of inventory as needed, performs analysis, and maintains and corrects inventory and other stock records.
upervises the department's personnel.
Utilize manual, electric, and propane powered pallet jacks for loading and unloading of trucks.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
 
Associates Degree and 3-5 years experience
Baan experience preferred. 
General ERP experience required.

General computers skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Must be PIT Operational Certifiable
