Airgas is the United States' largest distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related equipment, safety supplies and MRO products and services to industrial and commercial markets. Airgas has an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse/Back Up Driver in our Roseville, MN location.
We are searching for an energetic, pleasant person who can work independently and has warehouse, and customer service experience. Major responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, filling cylinders, handling inside counter sales, filling orders, and receiving incoming material. The potential candidate will also need to sell industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools, paint and other supplies to customers. Arrange for delivery of cylinders and hardgoods, stock shelves, steel rack, counters and tables with merchandise, and maintains showroom displays.
Qualified candidates will possess a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, clean driving record is required, previous sales experience, a general knowledge of industrial gas and safety equipment applications, and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relations. Other qualifications include computer/data entry skills, the ability to routinely lift 25-50 lbs and occasionally lift 51-80 lbs, and the ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets
