- $80,000 base + superannuation
Work for an international market leader that adds health benefits to their customers brands. Operating within the Liverpool area, this diversified food ingrediants company is seeking an energetic and focused experienced Warehousing Packing Department Manager to lead their team.
This hands-on position will give you the variety and ownership to ensure that your team exceeds customer order expectations. You will be involved in:
- Managing processes relating to receiving and despatch of goods
- Accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP finished goods (in standard and low temperature warehouses)
- Hire, supervise and train personnel
- Setting priorities in a make-to-order system
- Managing documentation and reporting

- Experience in contract packing, warehousing operations or similar industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SHE/OHS MANUFEX
- Qualifications / courses that have been applied to their previous roles.
- People management ability
- Computer literacy - SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- A proactive and solutions based approach
