Our Client, a leading Legal and Conveyancing firm based in Leeds city centre is looking to recruit a number of Outbound Telesales Executives to join their already established team promoting the Conveyancing services of the business.

Working within an open plan, contact centre environment you will be based within a small team of Telesales Executives. Your job will be making outbound calls in order to follow up warm leads and convert these into new business opportunities.

Working within a target driven sales environment, you will be responsible for:
• Utilising the internal database of hot leads across the UK, and making outbound warm calls.
• Building rapport and developing relationships with customers across all levels.
• Fact finding and providing competitive quotations in respect of the “one stop shop” Conveyancing services.
• Updating the database and diarising callbacks to prospective customers.
• Completing the sign up of the new customer.
• Emailing agreed quotes to prospective customers.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Overcoming objections and creating a business opportunity.
• Working to meet sales targets and convert leads into new business deals.
• Identifying sales opportunities and closing the sale on new business opportunities.

Working within this small, close-knit team your job will be to develop and grow your own desk and ensure you maximise your bonus earning potential. Key qualities to ensure your success are excellent listening skills, proven previous outbound telesales experience, ability to identify and act upon sales opportunities and a resilient, committed and hardworking attitude.

Key qualities essential to your success in this role are: a proven background within an outbound telesales role, excellent listening, rapport and relationship building skills, a hungry, resilient and tenacious nature, and a desire to be successful within your role. Additionally, you must demonstrate ambition, drive, and confidence in your own abilities and the ability to meet and exceed your own sales targets whilst working as a key team player.

In return for your proven sales abilities, hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £15,000 per annum plus bonuses providing an OTE of circa £28,000-£30,000 per annum!! Additionally, this company also offers a fantastic benefits package.
