Warranty Engineer Job in Annapolis 21411, Maryland Us
Company Information: Our client is a leading supplier and manufacturer of boats to support both commercial and government agencies.
Description: Reporting to the Technical Director, this position will work cooperatively with the inside technical team to assist in their response to federal/state government quote, support existing customers, support outside sales teams, and coordinate warranty activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Duties/Minimum Requirements:
- Communicate technical information to inside and outside stakeholders
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
- Compile technical and pricing information in response to requests for proposal
- Initiate, coordinate, and track warranty claims
- Provide project status reports to stakeholders as needed
- Manage time effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned (example: proposal support)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
- Capable of learning Movex database and inventory management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Bachelors Degree (Technical Preferred)
