Warranty Project Manager
We are looking for a Warranty Project Manager for our Pittsburgh (PA) facility.
Your Role
In your role as a Warranty Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects through their Warranty Phase. You will lead and coordinate all capability and service resources and subcontractor activities required to successfully complete the division's obligations, achieve reliability targets and with the objective of maximizing the division's return and customer satisfaction.
Your Challenges
- Directly manage project teams in a matrix environment to execute projects on time and within budget;
- Manage schedules, plans, and budgets throughout the warranty phase to achieve positive project results;
- Travel to Customer Site to trouble shoot and address technical problems when needed;
- Develop and implement plans (for example, the Risk/Opportunity database) to improve project results beyond established budgets and result;
- Monitor, control, and report monthly all financial aspects of the project consistent with the contract requirements and established project management procedures to attain established goals;
- Monitor, recommend, and initiate when necessary, changes to or corrective actions for commercial issues, product design, manufacturing or services to assure compliance with contract requirements, and to maintain or improve project performance and meet reliability targets;
- Establish and maintain customer interfaces to promote, monitor, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
