THE CITY OF BLUFF CITY TENNESSEE WATER DISTRIBUTION/SEWER COLLECTION POSITION Grade II License The City of Bluff City is now taking applications /resumes for the position of Water Distribution /Sewer Collection. A Grade II license is required. This position performs duties in the repair and construction of water and sewer components as well as maintain all water/sewer records and makes all necessary reports and tests as required by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
