If you have been successfully leading a team of Priority Bankers for the last 4 years and have aspirations of becoming the Branch Manger of one of the most ambitiously growing priority bank in Singapore, here’s the opportunity for you!! Be a part of the leading market bank of the region and become the General Manager of their prime branch.
In their planned expansion, via opening new branches, our client is looking for competent self motivated branch managers who can drive and deliver revenues besides managing the risks involved in the operations of a successfully operating branch.
Being a Pure Management role, you will be responsible for
• providing leadership and developing cohesive teams
• manage the daily operations of the branch.
• coach and mentor the staff you will be reporting to the Cluster Head.
• with a thorough understanding of the investment products you should be able to use this knowledge to provide resources and direction in order to drive sales to your relationship managers.
To qualify for this role you should have
• successfully lead a team of priority bankers for the last 4 years
• paired with the capability of interacting with senior/ junior management, support staff and clients.
• with an ability to think critically and manage teams – sales, operations, audit, service delivery and recruitment.
