Wealth Director – Western Australia (CISB Wealth) recruitment

- Responsible for delivering high quality, tailored wealth solutions to our new and existing customers in the Corporate, Institutional and Specialised Business Banking
As a Wealth Director, you will be part of a new high performing team, and will be autonomous and accountable for delivering business propositions which:
- Delight our customers
- Maximise our business performance
- Embeds CIS and Miller Heiman methodologies
- Deliver strong sales results across the full spectrum of NAB group offerings
- Build banker Wealth knowledge and awareness
Based in WA and reporting to the Head of CISB Wealth, you will work collaboratively with CISB bankers and Wealth product specialists to deliver tailored wealth solutions encompassing Superannuation, Insurance, Investments, Executive Banking Employee Benefits, Aon risk management and Migrant Banking to our customers.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing the ongoing 'whole of client' relationship and service levels for CISB Wealth customers and their employees by working collaboratively with supporting service specialists across the enterprise.
The Key accountabilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Using CIS and Miller Heiman methodologies, and in collaboration with the broader CISB relationship teams, develop and execute client specific strategies to service and deepen our relationship with our CISB clients and their employees
- Participate in CISB Account Planning and Client Team Meeting sessions with CISB Bankers
- Regularly communicate with the broader CISB and Wealth teams ? new business opportunities, performance against targets and client updates
- Operate within the agreed compliance and operating frameworks
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary/post graduate qualifications in a business/finance related field ? e.g. Bachelor Business/Management/Commerce/Accounting ? and/or relevant industry specific qualifications
- Appropriate compliance accreditation would be highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface successfully with clients at a senior corporate level
- Demonstrated sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets/results
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated high-level influencing and negotiation skills
- High-level communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation
- Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
