Wealth Management Relationship Specialist recruitment

The Specialist coordinates the client onboarding process, serves as a point of contact for high net worth clients throughout the account opening/onboarding process and performs client account reviews, in conjunction with the RM and RA. Through daily responsibilities and projects, the Specialist will also become proficient in Morningstar Advisor software and will assist with the creation of long term Wealth Projections for the Wealth Management line of business.

Client Account Onboarding Reviews

-Request new account documents and review signed documents for completeness

-Build trust and credibility with clients through phone contact

-Load cost basis into accounting system Sungard AddVantage

-Interact with 3rd party service providers

-Perform initial and annual account review

-Work with RM/RA to complete outstanding assigned tasks

Wealth Planning

-Assist the RM team with preparing long term wealth projections using the Morningstar software

Business Professional Leadership

-Help to foster a positive atmosphere within the office and with clients and encourage teamwork while supporting goals and objectives of the business

-Represent professional behavior and etiquette at all times

-Visibly supports and participates in implementing WMs changes to support the success of the business

Qualifications

-Bachelors degree; Demonstrated academic interest and achievement as evidenced through strong academic credentials (GPA) and/or extracurricular activities (pursuit of CFA, club memberships, etc.)

-Strong organizational, and written/oral communication skills

-Proven ability to stay abreast of developments and trends that impact our industry

-Knowledge of BBH products, services, practices and philosophy is a plus

-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

-Demonstrated client service aptitude

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to work effectively in a team environment

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Proven ability to analyze complex issues and make sound decisions

-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines

-Experience with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel

-Intellectually curious and systematic in thought processes

-Demonstrated understanding of security markets and security operations

-Understanding of asset management accounting and a working knowledge of external laws and regulations as well as internal policy and compliance guidelines preferred

-Working knowledge of BIDS2000, MCICS, KEYSTONE, Sungard AddVantage, CRM, First Rate preferred
