Wealth Management Specialist Job in Honesdale 18431, Pennsylvania US

Duties: Provides administrative support to the Wealth Management team by greeting customers, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments and responding to customer inquiries. Assists the Senior Trust Officer in administration of investment management, trust, estate, custodial and other trust account customer relationships. Performs filing, document imaging; sends and distributes mail;  Assists with coordination of tax information, statement mailings and other correspondence related to meetings and trust committee minutes; assists with payroll and bill pay for client accounts.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge required.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of banking or legal office experience is preferred, experience with estate settlement preferred.

Education: Paralegal Certificate or Associates Degree in a related field preferred.
