Wealth Planner (m/f) recruitment

Role
As a direct support expert for the Company‘s sales teams and partners, develop life insurance solutions tailored to the needs of a sophisticated client base, taking into consideration, within their segment, the legal, fiscal and wealth management characteristics particular to such a client base and to the type(s) of market concerning them.

Responsabilities
• Meet clients and/or partners to establish and analyse their wealth situation (marriage regime
applicable to them, organisation and transfer of their estate, pension, cash flow, etc.) and
subsequently identify the client’s needs and propose suitable life insurance solutions, in cooperation
with the Company’s sales team
• Prepare detailed, tailored studies (structuring, financial eligibility, regulatory, legal and tax
environment) of the solutions proposed
• Support the sales team in terms of technical and tax know-how and validate the technical and
marketing material drawn up by the teams
• Help to define the Company’s commercial offering by identifying and exploiting growth niches which
will be directly and indirectly productive immediately
• Provide information on the developed and secured solutions and organise internal and possibly
external training thereon
• Monitor legal and fiscal developments directly related to this area alongside the Company’s fiscal
and legal team
• Monitor and update developed niches and specific individual cases requiring technical and fiscal
expertise (e.g. follow-up on delocalisation)
• Actively participate in internal acceptance and organisation committee meetings directly linked to the
position (present and defend dossiers, etc.)
• Meet with experts on other institutional clients and with independent advisers in charge of common
dossiers
 

Profile required
• Educated to post-graduate level (4/5 years of third-level education (Bac+4/+5)) in the area of
economics, finance, law or tax
• At least two years’ experience in corporate structuring, audit and/or tax structuring
• Native English speaker with French; good command of any other language is considered an asset
(written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of wealth and financial engineering, tax and financial products
• Autonomous, meticulous, well-organised, solution and result-oriented
