WEALTH PLANNING / TRUST – OPERATIONS SPECIALIST recruitment

Our client is a leading private bank with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. It provides companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth clients with investment banking, private banking and asset management services worldwide. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit outstanding candidate to join them.

Responsible for establishing, maintaining and terminating trust or related structures encompassing a diverse range of assets, liaising directly with Trustees, Private Bankers, Sales Assistants, third party banks and agents, professional advisors and on occasion with Clients. Provide trust new business and aftersales support, including attending to bankers’ requests and assisting in preparing documentation for new and existing trust structures and also perform other administration duties. Pprepare new business documentation including trust setup and account opening related documents. Perform aftersales services for trust structures including answering queries from the bankers and clients, preparing trust and other related banking documents and dealing with all matters arising from restructuring of trusts. Prepare and translate review packs to drive regular trust reviews. Support the team in meeting its' risk control requirements.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with around 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a trust company or private bank. Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with a broad business perspective. Highly organized, able to multi-tasks, work both independently and in a team setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and preferably Chinese Word Processing.
