Wealth Product Management (AVP) recruitment

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and implementation of the product vision.

The Product Manager will work with sales management, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, and that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

The accountabilities include:

1. Implementation and execution of the product strategy and roadmap, accountable for P/L, revenue and portfolio growth and market share

2. Work with various business units to assess partnerships and opportunities, as well as with backend support to ensure sytem specification and infrastructure to ensure product and service delivery 

3. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

4. Be an expert in respect to the competition, reviewing competitor offerings, and initiating and executing tactical campaigns from time to time 

5. Conduct regular training for new joiners and train sales distribution channels at branches/Premier Centres

6. Implement new projects assigned from time to time

7.Ensure that all product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements

Skills / Attributes

1) Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product management in a financial institution

2) Strong experience in Product Management, Marketing Strategy , Change Management and Project Management

3) Excellent communication skills

4) Tenacious self starter able to work under tight deadlines
