Wealth Proposition Manager recruitment

Our client is one of the largest UK financial institutions, and as part of a new strategic plan, are looking to invest heavily within their Wealth division in order increase capability, improve sales and drive growth. They are looking utilise the experience of proven industry professionals who possess expertise within the Wealth, Asset and/or Investment space to help structure and define their High Net Worth offering. This opportunity is looking for a Wealth Proposition Manager experienced in developing client focussed offering in Wealth and Investment Management environment.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To develop, prose and implement the business strategy for the appropriate segment (s) to ensure the value of the segment(s) is/are maximised.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Create, develop and direct a compelling action plan in order to deliver the objectives set by the Group strategic review, ensuring such strategies work across functional boundaries, fit within the wider distribution framework and support he agreed Business Operating Model

• Work with the business to ensure the needs of the customer are understood and help define product, pricing, service propositions across customer segments

• Identify Key performance indicators, for the different segments and put in measurements systems

• Work closely with the Head of HNW to ensure that marketing strategies and new products are developed and implemented correctly in order to support the greater proposition. This will also involve them developing customer retention strategies and communicating all this change plans across the business.

• Ensure that all change requirements are planned, communicated and fully understood by all members of staff and that where appropriate effective levels of support are available from internal/external providers.

KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Strong commercial and strategic skills, with practical deliver focus

• Excellent knowledge of Customer Relationship Management concepts and principles

• Ability to understand different client sets and trade off between standardization and personalization

• Thorough understanding of strategic principles and techniques and their applicability to the financial services industry

• Degree level and likely to have a professional qualification

• Effective communication skills

• Strong project management skills

• Experience working in the financial services industry and an understanding of products and policies  

This is an interim role with potential to become permanent
