Wealth/Relationship manager/Private banker – Modern platform, 2bn plus Independently minded Wealth management platform recruitment
Our client is a leading multi-billion Wealth management plaform, offering superior service and in house and 3rd party products. We are interested in speaking to current wealth/relationship/investment managers who are managing private or institutional money, who would like to move to a larger platform giving increased asset gathering capability, full back office support, access to Equity, Fixed income, Real Estate and commodity teams in house. Many current Wealth managers are not able to offer the service and back office support needed to move from running 50mm to the higher AUM, our client can offer tax compliant portfolios for a wide range of clients. Mandates include a significant amount of institutional money, but most clients are private. Candidates can be based in London, Hong Kong or New York. Equity partnership a possibility for the right candidates. Assets have increased significantly over the past few months, and the firm is generally entrepreneurial in nature.
Main backgrounds of interest would include :
Experience managing a range of cross asset class client portfolios
Desire to expand range and coverage of clients
Understanding of the benefit in moving to a large well established platform with in house and 3rd party products and trading
Entrepreneurial mindset
Technical and fundamental analysis skills (actual level can vary depending on the background of the candidate)
High general calibre in terms of academic background and strong drive to succeed.
Clients could be global, US, Asia, UK, European - the firm has global coverage.
Particular interest in candidates wanting to expand their portfolio of US non-dom clients, due to the ability of the firm to offer fully tax compliant portfolios given the recent legislation.
