SAIC has an opening with a National Intelligence customer in the metro-Washington, DC area for intelligence professionals with experience in technical collection strategy development and technical collection target development. The successful candidates will have prior experience in this field and understand how to identify and exploit target vulnerabilities and signatures. They will: - Develop a detailed collection targeting framework - Deconstruct the target to identify vulnerabilities, signatures, and access - Develop technical concepts that exploit signatures and vulnerabilities - Provide briefings, information papers, and memoranda Qualifications: Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelors Degree (Masters desirable) and 12 years professional experience. Fours additional years in the Intelligence community may be substituted in lieu of degree.
