Job Description:

Located in Willmington, MA we are a large stable travel company very well-known within our industry. Due to growth, we are hiring for an Online Marketing Manager with experience in online-based or eCommerce companies. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a BRAND NEW group within our marketing department. If you like the sound of a challenge and opportunity to build out online marketing initiatives with a company that truly values staying on top news trends in digital marketing.

What you need for this position:

- 3+ years experience in similar web analytics role
- Omniture, IBM CoreMetrics, WebTrends, etc.
- Experience in an eCommerce environment
- A/B or multivariate testing
- Solid knowledge of usability testing for site improvements and enhanced user experience
- Email Marketing experience is a highly desired plus

What you'll be doing:

- Define, plan, and implement improved web analytics capabilities
- Partner with key decision makers to build knowledge of eCommerce platform and product to validate and improve web enhancement recommendations.
- Optimize conversion for email and 3rd party referral traffic, including funnel and click stream analysis.
