Web Analyst - London

A fantastic opportunity to join our Analytics team here at LBi, Europe’s largest digital marketing and technology agency.

You will ensure the solutions we develop for our clients are measurable by advising on data and measurement strategies that translate business and marketing objectives into KPIs and measurement frameworks. Using our recommended analytical solutions or working with our client’s existing applications, you will be responsible for turning customer data into actionable insights and optimisation strategies focussed on improving site and campaign performance.

Main responsibilities:

• Determining the appropriate measurement strategy and KPIs that allow LBi and our clients to establish the success of our digital endeavours based on a set of agreed objectives. 
• Identifying the data required to adequately measure effectiveness and working with the technical team to define the measurement specification.
• Undertaking site, campaign and customer analysis to evaluate success and deliver insight to drive optimisation programmes
• Measurement Strategy - definition of measurement strategy and framework for the proposed solution, identification of data requirements to support measurement strategy/framework, definition of KPIs based on business / marketing objectives
• Measurement and data specification - definition of the measurement specification required to support framework, definition, in conjunction with the technical team, of the tagging specification required
• Preparation and presentation of analytical and statistical reports with recommendations 
• Undertake a variety of analysis projects including: web log analysis, campaign analysis, customer profiling, customer segmentation, survey analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educated to degree level, ideally in a numerate subject (i.e. IT/Statistics/Computing)
• Web analytics experience gained in an agency (preferred) or client side environment
