WEB Analytics Analyst needed for Columbus, Ohio!!
Complete Description:
-Support the creation and maintenance of relevant reports on web activities
-Analyze trends to identify ways to enhance the user experience for customers
-Review customer surveys and feedback to recommend future Internet projects
-Present findings and reports to Internet leadership
-Measure the outcome of new project investment spent on web efforts
-Prioritize future projects and online tests based on expected business outcomes
-Interact with web marketing teams to coordinate efforts
-Interact with IT and business staff to measure the impact of newly implemented projects
-Perform ad-hoc queries to support business needs
Relevant skills include:
-Experience with creating events using TeaLeaf Event Editor (preferred)
-Knowledge of relational databases
-Experience in reporting data and consulting with business partners to drive business results
-Experience in web analytics (preferred)
-Ability to negotiate and build relationships with IT and Business Partners
-Webtrends, or other knowledge of web analytics software (preferred)
