Web Analytics Manager – Manchester

Our clients are one of the country's fastest growing companies and have won numerous local and National awards. They are a leading on-line retailer, and have produced some massive results in recent years.
They're based in North Manchester, easily commutable from most of the surrounding area including South Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire.
This role is a key one reporting into Senior Management, and we really need someone to drive the web Analytics forward across all the sites and really make an impact.
The role entails:
• To continuously analyse the sites using internal systems. The primary focus is to identify where the best opportunities are to achieve the ultimate objective of improving website conversion. This is a very ad hoc role governed by a strategic framework to add value continuously.
• There is very little reporting and is an ad hoc role. It is a very exciting innovative position

For this post we require the following skills and experience:
• At least 2 years experience with online marketing disciplines in Web Analytics
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong Communication and relationship building
• Experience with Coremetrics Analytics (Desirable)
• Excel - advanced
• Access - intermediate (Desirable)
• Hard working and ambitious
• Interest in IT - web development/blogs/PPC/Analytics/etc
• Strong analytical skills
Ideally - you'll come from an online retailing background but this is by no means a pre-requisite.
