Web Application Developer

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a direct hire opportunity with a leading company in the Cincinnati, OH area.

This position involves direct contact with external customers in a dynamic product environment. The candidate will primarily be responsible for maintaining current code, developing/enhancing existing code and working with client's team on new product development while supporting a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of data-driven web applications and internet technologies required

  • ASP.Net and MS SQL - 4 years minimum experience

  • ASP Classic, VBScript and IIS are a preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Pro-active, self-motivated person

  • Strong problem solving skills

    • Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support of our entire product offering

  • Direct client support via email and phone

  • Could involve direct on-site client interaction

  • Code development

    • Education and Experience

  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment

  • Knowledge and experience in customer service practices

  • Related experience and training

  • Degree in relevant field of expertise preferred
