What we are looking for:

Expertise with open source systems like Symfony 2, Word Press.
Fundamentals. Solid understanding of web application architecture.
Experience or desire to learn: MySQL, JavaScript (JQuery), XML, Ajax
Comfortable working in an informal, high-energy environment.
Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks
Experience of the full software development lifecycle:
Knowledge of CMS Systems
Team player. Write clean, maintainable code.
Skills:
Php, Ruby, Python or equivalent web stack
Mysql
HTML/CSS/Jquery
Magneto or eCommerce knowledge a very big plus
