As the ideal candidate you should be skilled not only in Web backend but also Web frontend application development with focus on:
a) Database creation (MySQL)
b) Web Application creation (ASP.Net, Java Script, PHP)
c) Data importing (XLS to MySQL)
d) Web Query (Dynamic Query Builder)
e) Web Layout and Interface Development
f) Web Application (Document Import Wizard) Creation
Further specific expertise is needed in
a) Active Directory (Web Authentication)
b) GIMP - Graphic Design Tool
c) User Interface Design (Cover Flow Dynamic Menus)
d) UML 2.0
e) Microsoft SharePoint 2007
f) Eclipse 3.2.1 Software knowledge
