Web Applications Developer (C# / ASP.net)
Hugely popular online retailer urgently requires an experienced Web Applications Developer (C# / ASP.net) to work as part of a small team responsible for developing the company's ever expanding online presence.
A privately owned organisation, our client stocks over 5000 products and expects turnover to reach £25m within the next 2 years. To achieve their goal, the management team have made the decision to invest heavily in technology: New e-Commerce site; Re-platforming of the web presence; new finance system; and new order management system. Therefore an additional developer is urgently required to play a key role in all the projects and contribute to the further success of the company.
This role will suit a Developer looking for a step up in your career. You will be looking for a role where you will be given the autonomy to make a difference to the growth of the company through the use of technology. You will be hands on and have experience in development, architecture and maintenance of e-commerce websites and in-house web applications within a TDD (Test Driven Development) environment. The core technologies involved include: .NET 3.5/4.0 (C# / ASP.net), CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, SQL Server and IIS.
