Web Co-ordinator Job in Harlow, Home Counties Uk

An opportunity has arisen for a Web Co-ordinator within a leading retail facilities company based in Harlow. Working within a successful team, you will be responsible for the administration, content maintenance, functionality and appearance of the company web presence. Duties of the role will include ensuring all website additions and changes are promptly actioned and proofread for accuracy, managing the website content to enhance sales and customer experience, establishing social media opportunities and assisting Marketing Managers in their communication with external agencies. You will be joining a busy and friendly team environment where a high level of planning, organisation and project management skills are required. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.00pm, with 1 hour for lunch. You will enjoy free parking, 22 days holiday rising to 25 days after 5 years service (plus bank holidays) and a pension and bonus scheme after a qualifying period.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience of web administration and be competent in navigation and search routines. You must have excellent organisation and co-ordination experience within a marketing discipline. A high level of motivation is required along with a suitable English or Marketing qualification. Some knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) concepts would be useful.
