Web Content Developer
Minimum Qualifications: The minimum qualifications are:
§ Bachelors’ degree in computer related field, Database Management and Application Development is preferred. Webmaster should have Certified Internet Web Professional (CIW) credentials.
§ A working knowledge of Microsoft .NET, Webtrends, Cache’, Mumps Data Extractor (MDE) and other related tools such as Microsoft SQL.
§ The contractor must be experienced with administering Active Directory Group Policy, Account Management, Group Management, Microsoft Windows Server Update Service (WSUS), Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS), DameWare, Hyena, Symantec Ghost and other tools to accomplish the assigned tasks.
§ Good written and oral communication skills.
§ Willingness to work under supervision and in a Team environment.
Knowledge and skill of the following:
§ File formats used in delivery of Web content
§ Working with Internet security principles and protocols such as Security Sockets Layer (SSL) and encryption
§ Database management principles and methods
§ DOD and Navy IT security methods to maintain the integrity of Web server
§ Internet/Intranet design principles and methodactive server pages (ASP), ASP+, standard graphics, mark-up languages, programming, visual basic scripting, Windows Visual Basic Application tool, DHTML, SQL, streaming video and scripting languages and tools
§ Graphical design, web enabled graphic creation, color palette, etc.
§ Appropriate documentation skills
Information Specialist
The minimum qualifications include:
§ Bachelors Degree preferable in communications. 3-5 years experience in a medium to large Contact Center. Secret eligible required.
§ Understand Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), telephone operations and staffing systems, e-mail management, Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR), Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and CRM applications.
§ 5-10 years of management experience;
§ Good written and oral communication skills;
§ Demonstrated ability to maintain a cordial and professional demeanor in a stressful environment.
KNOWLEDGE that is required to perform:
§ Basic math, including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios; review and interpret highly technical information,
§ Write technical materials,
§ And/or speak persuasively to implement desired actions;
§ Analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions.
§ Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: current and emerging technology; codes/laws/rules/regulations/policies; instructional media/equipment; safety practices.
