Currently, we are seeking a web content writer to join the Hong Kong Marketing and eCommerce team, followings are key responsibilities:
- Web content strategy and writing (bilingual, short-form and long-form) in areas of global financial markets, mutual funds promotion and investor education
- Web content management and administration
- Coordination within internal and liaison with external agencies on content creation and delivery
- Implement search-engine optimized content programs to promote company products and services
- Concept creation and script writing for marketing programs
- Media content strategy and article contribution
- Propose and implement social media marketing strategy within the company policy
- Monitor and keep track of response from marketing campaigns and communication programs
Skills
- Bachelor degree in language, marketing, communications or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years working experience in web content writing, digital marketing and communications in financial industry or financial media industry, ideally come from a copywriting / editorial background
- Experience with SEO writing and implementation of social media marketing
- Strong marketing sense, able to conceptualize and translate complex concepts into easily understood stories
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient with MS Office
- Know how to write for websites. Good internet knowledge on Search engine optimization (SEO) and social media optimization (SMO)
Possess good interpersonal skills, able to engage and build relationships with subject matter expert - Good organizational and time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines
