The Web Designer + Digital Marketing Coordinator works to effectively maintain company websites, develop and design advertising campaigns, generate official company communications with customers, execute social media campaigns, support in the production of annual print materials and more. The candidate should have web design experience and preferably some graphic experience as well. Trimark's marketing plan focuses on digital media (and not print) but several print projects are also generated each year by the department. The chosen applicant will develop and implement effective website and digital media strategies to drive consumers to the company website, with the goal of getting website visitors to take action on the site (schedule a site visit, request more information and lease with our company).

POSITION

• Full-time permanent position 
• Joins the in-house marketing team
• Works in the company headquarters, located in Gainesville FL

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Create and maintain all Trimark-owned sites: produce and manage content, including front end design for multiple websites, web pages and brands, social media profiles, email marketing, and emerging media
• Understand and actively seek online media solutions to achieve company goals for traffic, sales and net revenues 
• Prepare, coordinate and publish online content on a timely basis 
• Test website for functionality, tracking, quality assurance, to ensure that all content is relevant and performing efficiently 
• Contribute to the creation of graphic content for online and print formats 
• Optimize content for SEO 
• Write clear web copy for webpages, ads, social media, etc 
• Coordinate social media efforts, including Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube 
• Applicants should be well versed in Twitter Facebook, including: how to build a following, strategies and content ideas for building social media presence 
• Build high-quality digital assets including online ads, email campaigns, digital headers, etc to reflect company's image and generate sales traffic 
• Produce online photo galleries, virtual tours and videos as needed 

• Other duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in web design, digital media, CIS, graphic design, advertising, business, marketing or equivalent (or related experience) 
• Minimum 2yrs experience in web design and coding, including HTML, CSS and javascript
•  Must be highly skilled in Dreamweaver 
• Skilled in Photoshop and full Adobe suite (CS4 or higher) 
• Candidates must be talented at web layout and design

• Experience with MySQL and PHP a plus but not required  
• Familiar with Google Analytics or related web analytics tools 
• Understand effective new media marketing/advertising strategies 
• Highly organized and detail oriented 
• Hard working, results-driven attitude
• Friendly and easy to get along with 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment- multi-tasking is key! 
• The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible and knows how to set priorities 

• A balanced person with strong analytical, critical and creative thinking skills will succeed in this role 
• Industry experience not required
