Web Developer – Global Asset Management
I am looking for an exceptional developer to join a highly creative Fund/Asset Manager based in London. I am after candidates with a real passion for technology and someone that is enthusiastic about learning/researching emerging technologies. With time you will be able to have a real say in the technical direction taken by the company.
As a minimum requirement I require a 2.1 or higher in Computer Science or Mathematical based subject and some commercial experience. This will really suit a high-class graduate with some commercial experience looking to build a career in Financial Services.

The successful individual may be responsible for:
• Working with the business team to gather requirements
• Design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance of the system components
• Helping shape the experience for clients and users of the system
• Conducting research on emerging technologies
Essential Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree with an outstanding academic record from a reputable university with a minimum 2:1/GPA3.5 or equivalent degree in a numerate discipline
• Proficiency in Object-oriented web programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, Ruby, Python)
• A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in web development (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript RIA [rich Internet application] development)
