My client is searching for a strong Web Developer to join their team. The organisation develop a number of financial applications, including a web based financial social networking platform and need web developers with strong technical skills to join their team.
Technically, the successful web developer will be responsible for development of the UI making use of Javascript including EXT. JS, HTML5 and also some Flex components. Candidates do not require previous financial markets exposure, but must have strong experience of development within a blue chip environment. As the organisation has a globally distributed development team, it is important that candidates have strong spoken and written English skills.
Despite operating globally, the company operates a very flat structure and has a Silicon Valley start up feel to it. You will work closely with the company’s major decision makers, who are also highly technical, to help take the company forward through technical innovation.
