Duties include development and maintenance of the customer's internal portal and public-facing websites. Successful candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance, a master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Assurance/Security, Engineering, Software Engineering, mathematics or Business/Management) and 10 years of experience in Information Technology. A bachelor's degree may be acceptable with 15 years of experience. . Essential Job Functions Supports the architecture by designing, planning, evolution, development of the SharePoint MOSS; and programming in software engineering and computer security. Demonstrates experience in using strong analytical skills to understand specific customer domains and drive technical solutions; developing relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL Server, Informix); experience in developing with non-relational databases (e.g., Casandra, Hadoop, Couch, NoSQL, Project Voldemort, Mongo, Drizzle); experience in using the Agile/Scrum approach to software development; experience and skills using C#, C, C, Java, PERL, and/or Python_ Provide content management services for the public website and customer internal portals Website maintenance, including Maintain, administer and ensure the operation of the websites Improve existing content and create new content Update and format content Enhance user experience through the use of graphics and media elements Improve the visibility of customer products in search results Solicit user feedback Ensure quality and credibility of websites by performing editorial reviews of web content and ensure adherence to Section 508 access ability requirements Conduct user analysis by evaluating results produced by third-party tracking tools and web logs Help launch and manage social media presences Support brand loyalty and encourage generation of user created content via active community participation and conversation; manage online discussions Research to identify social media best practices and trends for communications and content audits Proactively monitor social networking traffic for relevant themes/news stories and provide suggestions for timely content, messages, and conversations to enhance customer reputation and value to cyber security communities Research and identify bloggers/key influencers and associated communities for blogger/influencer roundtables and targeted outreach efforts Qualifications Basic Qualifications Master's degree with 10 years involving work directly related to information technology, cybersecurity, security control evaluation, and implementation of information technology, systems, and programs or transferable skills Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred 10 or more years (15 with Bachelor's degree) of technical experience including Secure operating systems, workstations, data management, web technology, protocols Secure wireless networking and mobile computing Host and network security auditing Security and privacy policy Authentication and access management technologies Enterprise security engineering and secure system management Security certification and accreditation Security architectures High-assurance hardware and software Distributed/delegated end-user administration Granular access control implementation Experience working with one or more structured programming languages Experience working with design principles and applications Other Qualifications Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation, and testing of internet/intranet web sites Strong interpersonal skill to interact with customers and team members Strong communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel Cost management skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lead others on the project team Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred Eight or more years of web, internet, or programmer/analyst experience Experience working with local area and wide area networks Experience working with web authoring languages such as C, Java, XML, HTML, CGI, ASP Experience working with multimedia applications, database interactions and data modeling tools Other Qualifications Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation, and testing of internet/intranet web sites Strong interpersonal skill to interact with customers and team members Strong communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel Cost management skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lead others on the project team Remote Work Authorized: No Relocation Assistence: Not Available Clearance Level: TS/SCI
