This is a combo roles of analysis and web development. This person will interact with stakeholders and will be taking requirements.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web content and site management, graphic design, and social media. The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing with mid-level and senior management and will learn clients business priorities and requirements. Additional responsibilities include supporting requests for PowerPoint, video, metrics, change management, and various other creative services tasks.
The web analyst/developer will be responsible for maintaining intranet site content, analyze and provide metrics for the sites, recommend social media opportunities internally and externally for clients while working closely with content managers and the creative services team to maintain site standards with regard to new development. The website content manager will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, and HTML email newsletters. Tasks require both a comfort with the consultative role for key clients on web and social media opportunities as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Create, develop and manage content for organizations web presence (requires working with content management software)
Manage web content, provide web metrics and recommend social media opportunities on IWE to clients
Interface with clients, attend their staff meetings and represent the web team strategies and goal with weekly updates and recommendations
Coordinate web projects across departments
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
Copy, edit and proofread all web content
Keep current with emerging web 2.0 technologies including RSS, blogs, wikis, and discussion forums
Track, report, and analyze on site metrics and trends
Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
Consolidate web progress reports and web metrics for executive sponsors
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Dreamweaver, CSS, and basic Photoshop skills
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
Experience in writing and editing existing content
Ability to pull and analyze social media metrics and trends
8-10 years experience managing content and production for high traffic websites
