Summary:
The role is for a journalist with at least two years experience writing on business news issues.
General Job Duties:
The job will primarily involve writing news stories and brief features for an online audience seeking the latest chemical industry news and analysis.
Specific Job Duties:
· Writing weekly short feature article
· Compiling a weekly online chemical industry news round-up
· Video interviewing
· Editing and contributing to online blogs
· Maintaining social media feeds on sites such as Facebook and Twitter
· Managing the process for Chemical Week’s webcasts, including gathering speaker photos, bios, arranging speaker rehearsals and writing event invitation for CW’s readers.
· Contributing stories for the online and print version of IHS Chemical Week.
