Web Mobile Business Analyst (Business Systems Analyst III)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the consumer web mobile space, for a new online product management team within AAA Insurance. BSA will be responsible for working with product managers, technology partners, and other internal and external stakeholders to define scope and requirements for a variety of customer- and agent-facing web and mobile applications. Analyst will also collaborate with design, development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, analyze and document business requirements for online applications and capabilities, both customer- and agent-facing
- Collaborate with internal external design and technology partners to translate business requirements into documentation including user stories, functional requirements and design specifications
- Assess and recommend priorities for work on new and existing applications
- Prepare test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execute and support SIT and UAT testing as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with external vendors and internal technology partners
- Assist in modeling budgets and CBAs for projects, help manage timelines as needed
- Sign off /accept work by internal resources and/or external venders on behalf of the company or business unit.
- Develop communication content, both specific and broad, for system changes being implemented in production. Audiences include sr. leadership, specific end-users, and/or the entire enterprise depending on the systems involved.
- Formulate solutions/alternatives for a variety of business and technical challenges
Knowledge, Skills Abilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years business systems analysis or similar experience, with at least 2 years in online space
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-directed, with ability to work effectively on a team
- Ability to understand data relationships of various front- and back-end systems
- Working knowledge of automated testing tools and other test management applications (i.e., Quality Center for defect management)
- Bachelor's degree in related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience

úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Specialized technical knowledge of AAA data structures and corporate data uses
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Familiarity with common web technology applications such as content management systems (CMS) and web portal software.
