Web Personalisation Manager / Contextual Personalisation Manager / Web Analytics Manager
London, 3 Month contract £350 - 400 per day.

Working for a very large consumer services and content organisation, the Web Personalisation Manager / Contextual Personalisation Manager / Web Analytics Manager role involves working with a software vendor to implement and configure a content decisioning/ web personalisation solution and then ensuring the ongoing profiling of consumer customers and the optimisation of content/services that are delivered to them.

The Web Personalisation Manager / Contextual Personalisation Manager / Web Analytics Manager
will:

- Deliver the Decisioning strategy, ensuring that every customer interaction is optimised, promoting products and services based on preferences/behaviour and to enhance the customer experience.
- Lead the development, operation and optimisation of organisational decisioning strategies and processes.
- Be the 'go to' expert on customer decisioning and to drive forward learning and knowledge.
- Work with all stakeholders to develop, implement and operate the organisation's customer decisioning strategy and practical application frameworks, ensuring alignment with the organisations Brand and Customer vision, objectives and strategies.
- Ensure that decisioning is a cornerstone of our customer strategy and that all customer decisioning efforts are horizontally and vertically aligned.
- Work within the overall Digital Channel strategy and agreeing business priorities to proactively manage the decisioning daily/weekly/monthly /quarterly workstack and development plan, working closely with stakeholders to optimise against delivery of business objectives.
- Produce timely, accurate customer targeting rules and selection models in support of the Proposition and customer contact strategy and plan and ensuring opportunities are identified and acted upon.

Candidates for the Web Personalisation Manager / Contextual Personalisation Manager / Web Analytics Manager role must have
- Previous experience of content personalisation, decisioning platforms, product recommendation engines, online consumer behaviour analysis or similar.
- A strong analytical mind to lead the analysis of millions of consumer customers' behaviour.
- Strong communication skills to manage relationships across a matrix environment and manage/influence stakeholders.
