Responsibilities
Moody's Web Support team manages the display and distribution of research, data and analytics on Moodys.com and related channels. A new version of our flagship website has recently launched and continues to integrate more content from our subsidiaries to create a world class customer experience.

We are seeking an associate for our New York office to improve the user experience by responding to and resolving issues and identifying areas for system and process improvements. The associate will also be part of a project team and have the chance to influence the website, data services and internal tools.

- Oversee daily operations of Moodys.com, leveraging internal tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site functionality, data and usability.
- Proactively identify meaningful process improvement opportunities
- Partner with product owners and development to enhance functionality of internal tools.
- Participate in project teams to understand feature development, anticipate potential operational issues and implement solutions to those potential issues
- Provide training and support to internal users
- Respond to product related questions raised by sales/marketing/analytic staff

Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, economics or related field.
- 1+ years experience in supporting operations of high traffic dynamic websites.
- Experience supporting a global user base is a plus.
- Must have advanced proficiency in SQL; understanding of relational databases preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services and Excel, or the desire and ability to quickly learn how to leverage these tools is required.
- Experience with web analytics, web support, data tagging, and site measurement tools is helpful.
- Ability to work proactively on a number of tasks while effectively managing deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including very good presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties
- Individual must be highly organized and detail-oriented
