Reporting to the ClubHouse Online Implementation Manager and/or the Director of Support, the core responsibilities of the position are to:
· Act as a customer service representative, offering support to customers for our web product.
· Provide Support for our main website solution which is a customized Content Management Solution (CMS) built over Kentico CMS
· Maintain the Jonas Web Services integration between Club Membership software and the two website platforms.
· Assist client base with the Jonas online email marketing package (maintaining contacts, editing emails, integration with Club Membership)
· Provide client support and training via phone and internet.
· Troubleshoot Client Issues in a timely manner.
· Keep Clients informed of progression with issues and provide follow up as necessary.
· Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions.
· Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients.
· Bachelor’s degree / college diploma.
· Customer service experience preferably in the software industry.
· Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).
· Experience in Software, and/or Private or Public Golf Club Industries, Hotel or other related Hospitality Industries would be a definite asset.
· Proven ability to problem solve and teach others.
· Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
· Ability to get results in a fast paced environment.
· Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS) an asset.
· SQL management experience
· Experience writing basic SQL queries a plus
· IIS experience a plus but not necessary
· Experience using Bronto Email Marketing Software a plus
