We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to join the Australian Marketing team in the role of Web Master.
Reporting into the Website Manager, this exciting and challenging role is responsible for developing and managing web content, creating banner images, identifying sales opportunities, stakeholder management and providing recommendations for improvement of the HSBC.com.au website within HSBC Australia.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain the HSBC Australia website, including its page content and creative concepts
- Deliver changes to the website within agreed timeframes and with a high degree of accuracy
- Recommend and implement improvements to website functionality that increases efficiency and overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure all online material adheres to group style and brand guidelines, maintaining overall consistency
- Design and deliver in-house website creative, including promotional tiles and banners
- Maintain website MI through Webtrends and customer feedback
- Provide assistance to the Digital Marketing manager where required
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Higher School Certificate
- Minimum two years' experience within a similar position, ideally within a financial services environment
- Experience in Digital Marketing including SEO and SEM methodologies highly beneficial
- Strong knowledge of web analytics
- Knowledge of web languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Experience with software such as DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a variety of business stakeholders
