Website Administrator Based in Verwood

Rock Recruitment Specialists are looking for a Website Administrator to join our clients Head Office in Verwood.
ROLE
This position involves the day to day running of the website, processing customer orders, responding to customer queries, entering new lines and booking customer deliveries.
To be considered for the Website Administrator role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Good communication skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- This job involves writing descriptions for products sold on-line, therefore good punctuation; spelling and grammar skills are required
- Some experience of website order processing and on-line marketing preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
Hours - 35 hours per week
