Website Content Analyst (66)
Ensure the website satisfies customer, organizational and regulatory needs by:
- Advising management on effective website design, creation and maintenance.
- Performing analysis, leading to recommendations on how best to update existing website content and/or display new site content.
- Researching and identifying opportunities to improve the visibility of the website in search engine results, then implementing these tactics and strategies.
- Leveraging our social media channels (e.g., Facebook and YouTube) to increase traffic to the website.
- Providing analytical and creative expertise for new site content. Responsible for the development of new page design.
- Managing projects of various sizes and complexity.
- Writing and/or editing effective communication for site copy. Recommendations and business cases will need to be clearly written and verbally presented.
- Responding to audit comments arising from website audits and problem solve and act to correct issues.
Identify development opportunities by:
- Performing competitive assessments to ensure the site remains on par with sites offered by local, regional and national financial service providers.
- Designing and executing periodic customer surveys to assess satisfaction with our website, analyzing the results and identifying areas for improvement/development.
- Analyzing website usage and technology statistics to measure the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and ensure site development is compatible with evolving operating systems and browsers.
Oversee site infrastructure and services by:
- Partnering as the business owner with Technology to ensure the site's infrastructure is maintained/updated to support long term growth and provide uninterrupted service.
- Maintaining and testing the site's Business Continuity Management (BCM) plan.
- Managing and establishing vendor relationships, including negotiating and renewing service contracts.
Act as the Marketing department content administrator for the employee Intranet, updating content on the Intranet home page and Marketing Department page. Required Skills

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong and productive business partner relationships.

- Problem-solving capabilities, has applied knowledge of subject matter, has demonstrated skill base needed to execute specific job duties pertaining to their specialized area in the department.
- Ability to perform research, concisely summarize findings and use information to make a recommendation.
Required Experience
- Bachelors degree equivalent with 4 to 6 years related experience including at least 2 years experience managing a website or other related online channel or equivalent combination of related experience.
- Experience using statistics and diagnostic tools to identify successful tactics for increasing website usage, as well as to identify areas of weakness needing improvement.
- Experience with content management publishing tools; Microsoft Sharepoint a plus.
- Experience in the areas of product management, marketing and/or client support.
