As a member of the website marketing team, this position is primarily responsible for major revenue generating pathways on GoDadday.com customer facing sales site. This position will be accountable for managing website pathways and driving key performance metrics through testing, ongoing analysis, and data discovery. This is accomplished by continually looking for optimization opportunities with enhanced user experience opportunities and by monitoring customer feedback/reaction.
What does the job entail?
- Manage website projects related to respective purchase pathway(s) - define strategy, direct usability and creative teams, collaborate with leadership teams, business intelligence and web development.
- Execute end to end website campaigns and multivariate tests - owning all elements from strategy through implementation and measurement/analysis. Communicate plans and results in executive summary form.
- Gather and analyze traffic, customer behavior and buying patterns, traffic drivers and the respective conversion funnel. Understand sales metrics and traffic patterns to
- Manage and track website pathways and overall key metrics, continually looking for optimization opportunities, implementing enhancements, and measuring/reporting results.
- Implement time-sensitive specialty projects and programs managing all areas including concept and strategy, usability and creative direction, approvals, development, measurement and analysis.
- Provide direction to usability, creative, business intelligence and web development.
- Obtain, review and monitor customer feedback to ensure an optimal shopping and checkout experience.
- Identify textual graphical cross/up-sell opportunities throughout the website, with a focus on upgrade and renewal pathways - execute, measure and optimize.
- Work with cross-functional teams and act as central point of contact for channel and marketing managers as needed.
- Work with development leaders to continually prioritize website marketing projects and providing recommendations and suggestions on process improvements for operational efficiencies.

What do you need to do this job?
- Minimum of 5 years experience in website/online marketing, preferably one with a global customer base of significant size in a technology or web-based field.
- Search marketing, direct marketing, and multi-channel experience is a plus.
- BA degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
- Analyze and interpret data output and use data to define strategies, user interface and optimization.
- Ability to analyze and summarize results, findings and strategies for marketing peers and executive staff.
- Proven experience working with marketing, user interaction, creative, business analysts and development teams with ability to articulate direction and requirements clearly.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and basic design/wireframe skills.
- Must encompass statistical analysis skills and be capable of working with unique analytical systems, outputting data, and organizing in a consumable format.
- Understanding of designing for web development, customer interactions, impact on revenue or other key performance metrics.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Results oriented, self-starter who communicates effectively (written, oral, presentation).
