Website/Project Coordinator Job in Austin, Texas US

Keller Williams Realty International is looking for a full-time website/project coordinator who is passionate about distributing media and customer service. Position will be the main support for the department’s customer service and subscription program. Role will include posting videos, analyzing and drawing conclusions about video statistics, enhancing page design, engaging in SEO and ability to keep production department on the cutting edge of web-video-technology. Comfortable at writing web copy.

·         Thoroughness and Detail-Orientation. This will be demonstrated by correctly posting to websites, giving customers great answers and keeping websites up-to-date with ever-changing technology changes.

Job Requirements:

·         Excellent written communication skills. Ability to create attention getting, SEO web-copy.

·         Ability to analyze and input data into company’s content management system, as well as YouTube and other sites as needed.

·         Great organizational habits.

·         Calm under pressure and the ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.

·         High level of critical thinking. Ability to direct department on web based initiatives.

·         Continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing descriptions, keywords and overall web-copy.

·         Ability to answer in a positive, consultant approach associate customer service issues.

·         Strong verbal skills. Ability to make presentations.

·         Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office. Including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

·         HTML and coding a plus.

·         Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
